Finally, a class where you can workout with your baby! Class is designed for pregnant and postnatal momas alike. Get stronger, increase endurance, be a positive role model, and bond with baby during this fun and physical exercise class.
Mom will safely workout towards her goals and get in a great sweat while class focuses on core, functional, and flexibility training. Post birth considerations including weakened core and pelvic floor, abdominal separation, low back pain, neck tension, etc are all worked into class. Classes change week to week and you can choose to challenge yourself however you like whether advanced or beginner. This is a great opportunity to get out and meet other parents in an active, healthy environment.
As you can bring baby, you can easily work this class into their schedule; it even works well during nap time! Please bring a blanket for your little one to lay on. Mats and light dumbbells will be provided. Any and all options will be provided to meet your needs and goals. There are no limitations on the age of your child. However, you must be at least 6 weeks postpartum, or pregnant, and cleared for exercise from your physician. Drop ins welcome.
Classes meet each Tuesday from 9:00-9:45am at Nini Bambini with Instructor Amanda Fay, Pre & Postnatal Corrective Exercise and Diastasis Specialist.
This is a 4-week seminar that requires registration. Class size is limited. When referencing your membership benefits, this is a premium class.

Meet the Instructor:
Hello! I am Amanda Fay and I am a Pre and Postnatal Corrective Exercise and Diastasis Specialist and the founder and co-owner of The Functional Bump! I run the blog www.thefunctionalbump.com
which provides industry knowledge in all things preconception, pregnancy, and postpartum exercise, nutrition, and mindfulness. I love helping women move, think, and breathe throughout their preconception, pregnancy, and postpartum journeys to be stronger and more functional than they ever have been before. The most rewarding part of my job is seeing other women meet friends during my group fitness classes! If group fitness is not your thing, I also do virtual and in home private coaching where I specialize in corrective exercise, the deep core, and prevention/healing of diastasis recti.
My certifications include Certified Personal Trainer, Pre & Postnatal Corrective Exercise Specialist, Core and Diastasis Specialist, and Women’s Holistic Health Coach receiving my education from Endicott College, NASM, Fit For Birth, and the Institute of Integrative Nutrition.
I am also a Pre and Postnatal Head Coach for Fit For Birth and a Coach at my local Orangetheory Fitness. Currently, I live in New Hampshire with my husband, Mike, where we love to exercise, hike, play cards, cook, and travel often. Can’t wait to meet you!
